Employment Training Opportunities The Community of Marshall supports lifelong learning, and offers a variety of ways for residents to update their job skills. Southwest/West Central Service Cooperative, located at the Market Street Mall (1420 East College Drive), offers a variety of technology workshops for school staff, businesses and community personnel. Included in their winter schedule are workshops on telecommunications, Microsoft Office Applications, and personal and small business software. Minnesota West Community and Technical College operates a Marshall center at 344 West Main Street, offering a variety of business workshops.
